The accompanying video was great. The historical background, including reverse mergers, etc. was good to know about. But why are we patronizing retail investors here? It's their money, and they can buy whatever they want - no?
I agree with Shyam as this kind of behavior leads to lot of fraud and misselling and when it bursts it leads to more regulations for ppl who followed the rules

The problem is that what starts with "laissez-faire," "democratization," etc. ends with scapegoating and tighter regulations for the industry.
